Product is unsealed, incorrect quantities, information, and design being delivered compared to the original orders.
Products damaged due to the fault of the manufacturer (technical failures, errors in design and contents, the hidden fault rested / internal defect, different from quality standards announced by the manufacturer), or errors during transport (deformed, scratched, stained, cracks etc.).
Incorrect serial/IMEI product number is allowed.
Product/voucher/certificate has been expired at or before the delivery date.
Voucher/certificate is different from the original order, silver coating is scratched.
Supplier went bankruptcy or discontinued operations resulted in customers not use voucher/ license validity period.
Voucher/certificate applied is not qualified with the commitment: incorrect appliance condition, disrespectful service attitude, inability to arrange service date as customers’ expectation at least 3 times (with succinct evidence)
Change of mind returns are allowed.
