Product is unsealed, incorrect quantities, information, and design being delivered compared to the original orders.
Products damaged due to the fault of the manufacturer (technical failures, errors in design and contents, the hidden fault rested / internal defect, different from quality standards announced by the
manufacturer), or errors during transport (deformed, scratched, stained, cracks etc.).
Incorrect serial/IMEI product number is allowed.
Product/voucher/certificate has been expired at or before the delivery date.
Voucher/certificate is different from the original order, silver coating is scratched.
Supplier went bankruptcy or discontinued operations resulted in customers not use voucher/ license validity period.
Voucher/certificate applied is not qualified with the commitment: incorrect appliance condition, disrespectful service attitude, inability to arrange service date as customers’ expectation at least 3 times (with
succinct evidence)
Change of mind returns are allowed.
2. Return conditions
Requirements for product returned:
Product/voucher/certificate is not damaged and not fully sealed (including tags, labels, etc.) as original (except product are defective or damaged during transport).
Products/voucher /certificate intact, complete labels, belt material conditions, sealed is under the original way (unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping
Product must have full accessories (instruction, warranty card, etc.) and gifts (if any).
Customer must send to La Vie return request including: (i) return request paper as La Vie request; (ii) documents proved customer bought product (invoice number, invoice, receipt, bank statement, etc.); and
(iii) product/service needed to return and gift.
Return time
Except in case of difference of information about products/service on website, Return requisition must be sent to La Vie within 3 days from receiving products or voucher.
The Time for return request will be determined as follows:
If the customer submits a return request by post or delivery:follow the mark of post office or delivery agency.
If the customer submits a return request by himsefl: the time of request received.
Return processing time
Except the different regulations in the product/service instruction on La Vie website, customer’s return request must be sent to La Vie within 03 days upon the receipt of product/voucher/certificate.
For product/voucher/certificate returned by mistakes of La Vie or suppliers, free return fee and delivery to address on the return request are applied.
For product/voucher/certificate returned by customer’s change of mind, except for the presentation of products / voucher / license regulations applicable change fee paid, customers will get free return and
exchange shipping will be charged according to the transport policy of La Vie if customers want to be the shipper / voucher / license to address new requirements.
For products / voucher / license returned due to customer demand changes, except for the presentation of products / voucher / license regulations applicable change fee paid, customers will get free return and
exchange shipping will be charged according to the transport policy of La Vie if you want to be the shipper / voucher / license to address new requirements.

Processing time
La Vie will send the results feedback return request to customers via email within a maximum of 03 working days from receipt of return request.
If customer refund request meets the customer’s specified conditions, La Vie will implement procedures for refunds to customers since the request was made in exchange pay period as follows
With no payment method via bank: customers will receive a refund from 5-7 working days.
With the method of payment through banks: La Vie will complete refund procedures required to transfer to the bank within 5-7 working days. After that, banks will continue to handle refund requests of the
customer within 7 to 15 working days from receipt of the request.
